We had to adapt this policy due to the fact that customers would purchase items and return them after the weekend. Come to find out customers were "renting" items. So, new policy is all sales final. We are not a rental business
If for any reason a product was damaged in shipping please do the following.

1. Name and order #
2. Picture of damaged item along with the packaging
